The Department of Computer Science and Engineering organized a seminar on Computer Vision for the III Year/V Semester students during the academic year 2025–2026. The seminar was conducted as a classroom activity under Unit 5 of the course CCS338 – Computer Vision on 1 September 2026.
The seminar provided students with an academic platform to engage with the concepts covered in the Computer Vision curriculum. Through the seminar, students were encouraged to explore the subject in greater depth and develop a better understanding of the topics addressed in the fifth unit. The activity also promoted active classroom participation, knowledge sharing, and academic interaction among students.
Such seminars play an important role in complementing regular classroom learning by encouraging students to engage with technical subjects beyond routine instruction. The activity contributed to enhancing students’ academic exposure and strengthening their interest in the field of Computer Vision.
