An online quiz on Operating Systems was conducted for the students as part of the academic enrichment activities.
The quiz was organised by Mrs. Persis with the objective of assessing students’ understanding of key concepts in Operating Systems through an engaging, competitive and collaborative learning activity.
A unique feature of the activity was that the students were grouped into teams of four members. The quiz was designed to assess both speed and accuracy, encouraging students to think quickly while ensuring that their answers were correct.
The group-based nature of the quiz enabled students to discuss questions, exchange ideas and arrive at answers collectively. The combination of speed, accuracy and live scoring made the activity exciting and motivated students to perform better.
The activity successfully combined assessment, teamwork and entertainment, making the learning experience both meaningful and enjoyable. The enthusiastic participation and excitement generated by the scoreboard demonstrated that students greatly enjoyed the activity. The quiz served as an effective Fun-Cum-Learning initiative, helping students reinforce their Operating Systems concepts in an interactive and competitive environment.
