Cancellation and Refund Policy

At Mahalakshmi Tech Campus, we strive to ensure a smooth and transparent fee payment experience for all students and parents. Please read our cancellation and refund policy carefully before making any online payment.

Cancellation:

Once a payment is made through our online portal, it cannot be cancelled under any circumstances. We strongly recommend verifying all details before proceeding with the transaction.

Refunds (in case of duplicate payments only):

If a payment has been accidentally made more than once for the same purpose, the parent or student must notify our Administration Department. The request should include valid proof such as the transaction reference number and a copy of the relevant bank statement.
After verifying the payment details, the Accounts Department will initiate the refund process as appropriate.
