The Institution’s Innovation Council (IIC) of Mahalakshmi Tech Campus, Chromepet, organized a Boot Camp and Mentoring Session on “Lean Startup & Minimum Viable Product (MVP)” to inspire students to transform innovative ideas into practical business solutions. The session was led by Mr. Loganathan, who shared valuable insights into the Lean Startup methodology, emphasizing the importance of validating ideas, understanding customer needs, and building Minimum Viable Products before scaling a business.
Students were introduced to key entrepreneurial concepts, including problem identification, idea validation, rapid prototyping, customer feedback, and continuous improvement. Through practical examples and interactive discussions, participants gained a deeper understanding of how startups can reduce risks and create sustainable business models using the Lean Startup approach.
The session encouraged students to think innovatively, develop an entrepreneurial mindset, and confidently pursue their startup aspirations. It served as an enriching platform for aspiring innovators to learn industry-relevant practices and strengthen their problem-solving and decision-making skills, aligning with the Institution’s Innovation Council’s mission of fostering innovation and entrepreneurship among young minds.
