Student Grievance Redressal Committee

Commitment to Resolving Student Concerns

At Mahalakshmi Tech Campus, we are dedicated to fostering a supportive and harmonious environment for all our students and their families. In alignment with AICTE regulations, we have established the Student Grievance Redressal Committee to address and resolve any grievances promptly and effectively, ensuring that our institution remains a place of respect and excellence.

Objectives of the Grievance Redressal Cell:

  • Fostering a Positive Environment: We aim to uphold the dignity of our campus by creating a conflict-free atmosphere. Our focus is on nurturing positive relationships between students and teachers and promoting a respectful campus culture.
  • Encouraging Open Communication: We empower students to voice their concerns openly and without fear. Our goal is to ensure that every student feels comfortable sharing their grievances, knowing they will be heard and respected.
  • Providing Fair Solutions: We are committed to addressing all grievances with an impartial and fair approach, ensuring effective solutions that contribute to the betterment of our campus community.

  • Escalation Process: Any unresolved issues at the departmental level are escalated to the Grievance Redressal Cell for further action.
  • Suggestion Boxes: We have placed suggestion boxes at key locations across the campus and hostels. These are regularly checked, with grievances collected and forwarded to the Grievance Redressal Cell for appropriate action.

Note: Suggestion boxes are opened every Monday at 10:00 a.m. to ensure timely collection and response.

At Mahalakshmi Tech Campus, we are dedicated to continuously improving student services and maintaining an environment where every concern is addressed with the utmost care. Your voice matters, and we are here to support you every step of the way.
