Building on the Memorandum of Understanding signed with Mr. Karthiganesh Durai, Founder & CEO, KwantumG Research Labs Pvt. Ltd., Bengaluru and Co-Founder, Quantum Computing India, Bengaluru, Mahalakshmi Tech Campus took another significant stride into the future of technology.
A knowledge-driven workshop on Quantum Computing was successfully conducted at the Mahalakshmi Tech Campus on 6 February 2026. The session sparked immense curiosity and excitement among students as Mr. Karthiganesh lucidly demystified the fundamental differences between classical computing and quantum computing, making complex concepts both accessible and inspiring.
The workshop proved to be a turning point—students responded with remarkable enthusiasm and proactively volunteered to collaborate with Mr. Karthiganesh on real-world quantum computing projects, reflecting their eagerness to explore this cutting-edge domain.
The event was formally inaugurated by Prof. Dr. Ushaa Eswaran, Principal, Mahalakshmi Tech Campus, who warmly introduced the speaker to the student community. She highlighted Mr. Karthiganesh’s academic and research excellence,and his research work in Quantum Physics, since 2004, underscoring the depth of expertise he brings to the field.
This initiative marks yet another milestone for Mahalakshmi Tech Campus in fostering advanced research exposure and preparing students for the technologies that will shape tomorrow.
