Scholarship & Financial Aid
At Mahalakshmi Tech Campus, we are committed to nurturing academic excellence, fostering innovation, and providing opportunities for talented individuals to reach their fullest potential. The Mahalakshmi Tech Campus Scholarship Program has been established to recognize exceptional students who demonstrate outstanding academic performance, leadership potential, and financial need. These scholarships aim to empower students from diverse backgrounds and ensure that financial constraints do not hinder the pursuit of their educational goals.
All scholarship awards are governed by the discretion of the Chairman and the Scholarships and Financial Aid Committee, exclusively formed for Mahalakshmi Tech Campus. This committee reserves the right to evaluate, approve, and revoke scholarships based on academic merit, student conduct, and available funding. By applying for any of the scholarships below, applicants agree to comply with the program’s guidelines and conditions.
Mahalakshmi Tech Campus Scholarship Program
Mahalakshmi Merit Scholarship
To reward students who demonstrate exceptional academic performance in their respective fields of study.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Must have completed at least one semester of studies at Mahalakshmi Tech Campus.
- Must have a cumulative grade point average (CGPA) of 8.5 or above.
Scholarship Details:
- Covers up to 50% of tuition fees for the academic year.
- Renewable based on continued academic excellence (CGPA of 8.5 or higher).
Conditions for Award:
- The recipient must maintain full-time enrollment status.
- Failure to maintain the required CGPA may result in revocation of the scholarship.
- Scholarship may be revoked if there is any breach of student conduct policies.
Approval Process:
- Awarding decisions are discretionary and will be made by the Chairman and the Scholarships and Financial Aid Committee.
Mahalakshmi Leadership Excellence Scholarship
To recognize students who exhibit exceptional leadership qualities and contribute to the growth and development of the campus community
Eligibility Criteria:
- Must hold a leadership position in any official club, organization, or committee within the campus.
- Must have a minimum CGPA of 7.5 or above.
- Proven track record of community involvement and leadership impact.
Scholarship Details:
- Up to 30% tuition fee coverage.
- A one-time financial award to support leadership-related initiatives (up to INR 25,000).
Conditions for Award:
- The recipient must actively continue in their leadership role throughout the scholarship period.
- Scholarship renewal is contingent on ongoing leadership contributions and academic performance (CGPA above 7.5).
Approval Process:
- Final awarding decisions will be at the discretion of the Chairman and the Scholarships and Financial Aid Committee.
Mahalakshmi Need-Based Financial Assistance
To assist students who demonstrate a significant financial need but possess the academic ability to succeed at Mahalakshmi Tech Campus.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Must be a full-time student with a proven financial need (as assessed by the campus financial aid office).
- Must have a minimum CGPA of 6.5 or above.
- Family income must not exceed a specified threshold (as determined by the Financial Aid Office).
Scholarship Details:
- Covers up to 100% of tuition fees based on demonstrated financial need.
- Additional allowances may be provided for books, materials, and other academic-related expenses.
Conditions for Award:
- The recipient must submit proof of financial need and updated family income documents each academic year.
- Failure to provide required documentation or significant changes in financial circumstances may lead to a review or revocation of the scholarship.
- Scholarship is contingent upon maintaining satisfactory academic progress (CGPA of 6.5 or higher).
Approval Process:
- The scholarship is awarded based on the financial need assessment conducted by the Financial Aid Office, but final approval rests with the Chairman and the Scholarships and Financial Aid Committee.
Mahalakshmi Special Talent Scholarship
To support students who demonstrate exceptional skills or achievements in areas outside of academics, such as sports, arts, innovation, or entrepreneurship.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Must have demonstrated outstanding achievements or recognition in their field of talent (e.g., national sports achievements, artistic accomplishments, or entrepreneurial ventures).
- Must be enrolled as a full-time student at Mahalakshmi Tech Campus.
Scholarship Details:
- Up to 40% tuition fee coverage.
- Access to mentoring, internships, or other resources to further develop the student’s talent.
Conditions for Award:
- The recipient must continue to excel in their field of talent and contribute to the campus community.
- Scholarship renewal is based on the continued pursuit of excellence in the respective talent area.
- Failure to maintain significant engagement in the field may result in revocation of the scholarship.
Approval Process:
- Final awarding decisions will be at the discretion of the Chairman and the Scholarships and Financial Aid Committee.
Mahalakshmi Social Impact Scholarship
To support students who demonstrate a strong commitment to social service and making a tangible positive impact on their communities.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Must have a proven track record of volunteer work or social service projects.
- Must be a full-time student with a CGPA of 7.0 or above.
Scholarship Details:
- Covers up to 30% of tuition fees for the academic year.
- A stipend to support student-led social impact initiatives (up to INR 15,000).
Conditions for Award:
- The recipient must actively engage in community service throughout the scholarship period.
- Scholarship renewal is contingent on continued involvement in social initiatives and maintaining satisfactory academic progress.
Approval Process:

Mahalakshmi Innovation & Research Scholarship
To encourage students engaged in innovative research projects and entrepreneurial ventures with a strong potential for technological, social, or scientific impact.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Must be involved in a research project or startup that shows significant potential for innovation.
- Must be a full-time student with a CGPA of 7.0 or above.
Scholarship Details:
- Covers up to 50% of tuition fees.
- Additional funding may be granted for research-related expenses (e.g., lab materials, equipment, or travel for conferences).
Conditions for Award:
- The recipient must provide regular updates on their project’s progress.
- Scholarship continuation is contingent upon ongoing participation in research or innovation, and the successful demonstration of project milestones.
Approval Process:
- Final decisions regarding awards will be at the discretion of the Chairman and the Scholarships and Financial Aid Committee.
Mahalakshmi International Exchange Scholarship
To provide financial support for students selected for international exchange programs or internships to enhance their global exposure and educational experience.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Must be selected for an accredited international exchange program or internship during the course of study.
- Must have a minimum CGPA of 7.0 or higher.
Scholarship Details:
- Covers travel, accommodation, and program-related expenses (up to INR 1,00,000).
- Provides an additional stipend for living costs abroad.
Conditions for Award:
- The recipient must maintain full-time enrollment and complete the international exchange program.
- Failure to participate in the program may result in revocation of the scholarship.
Approval Process:
- Final decisions will be made by the Chairman and the Scholarships and Financial Aid Committee, based on the student’s exchange program approval and academic standing.
Discretionary Authority and Final Approval:
All scholarships are awarded at the sole discretion of the Chairman and the Scholarships and Financial Aid Committee, which is exclusively constituted for Mahalakshmi Tech Campus. The committee reserves the right to revise eligibility criteria, modify scholarship amounts, or withdraw scholarships at any time based on evolving campus needs, available funds, or policy changes. Decisions made by the committee are final and binding.
Applicants and recipients are expected to adhere to all campus rules, regulations, and guidelines during the scholarship period.
